photo story/ pitlochry swinging bridge.

My traveling companion was sick. She pulled over to the side of the road and told me to get out. Walk in that direction, she said. There was a skinny trail leading off into a pretty pathetic stretch of trees. No sign, no nothing. You’ll get to a bridge, she said. I’ll pick you up on the other side. There’s a big sign on either end of the bridge: NO SWINGING. But even as you walk across it, it sways and bounces with the wind.
